Sterling Property Development LLC is a Philadelphia real estate firm engaged in the acquisition, restoration, and management of residential property. We intend to hold what we build and manage what we hold — every residence kept and offered directly by the firm, without intermediaries.

Our approach is deliberately narrow. We acquire buildings of sound construction and genuine character, restore them with care, and manage them for the long term. We will measure ourselves by the condition of our buildings and the tenure of our residents, and we conduct our affairs with the same candor toward residents, employees, and investors alike.
